- 5 minute transitions
- 46 minute lunch
- Block 1 - 73 minutes (extra minute for announcements/O’Canada)
- Flex Block - 50 minutes
- Blocks 3, 4, 5 - 72 minutes

Repeat Block
- The repeat block will follow the schedule that can be downloaded at the link at the bottom of this page.
- During the first two weeks of each semester there will be no flex block. Flex blocks will begin during the 3rd week of the semester.
