About

Sundre High School (SHS), which includes the Sundre Learning Centre (SLC) our outreach program, is a learning community that is home to 300 students in grades 9-12. The school is nestled in the heart of Sundre, Alberta, a progressive town of 2200 with ties to industries such as forestry, agriculture, and oil & gas. SLC offers an outreach program for students in grade 10-12, and our Learning Centre offers flexibility in program delivery.

SHS offers students a variety of academic programs as well as many extracurricular opportunities. Students benefit from quality instruction and facilitation in core courses as well as in option courses in areas such as band, sports medicine, fitness, french, career and technology studies, psychology, and drama.
